Regular classes:
*Regular classes are currently being held in Scott Depot. Remember classes are held outside!
Regular classes available / Mon. - Fri. Morning, afternoon, &
most evenings.
Weekends are for specialty training only.
Puppy* (8 week to 5 month old dogs)
Four week class - One time a week, for about one hour.
Puppy heeling with food (or leash & collar breaking), sit, sit stay, free command, leave-it,
informal down, out command, informal come command, off command, NO command, and
a Bed (place) command. Any behavioral problems
(housebreaking, chewing, etc..) Talk about proper socialization, nutrition,
grooming, proper toys, & becoming Alpha. Puppy class may contain more or less
depending on individual problems and time.
EQUIPMENT Needed-
6 foot leash/ flat collar/soft treats/water and a bowl
Basic* (6 month old dogs and up)
Six week class - One time a week, for about one hour.
Heel, sit, sit stay, down, down stay, resit, recall, stand, any behavioral
problems. Distractions are worked and discussed, also change of pace in heeling
(fast, slow, normal). This class is all on leash obedience.
EQUIPMENT Needed -
6 foot leash/slip collar (choke)/water and a bowl
Advanced* (Prerequisite - Basic Obedience)
Eight week class - One time a week for about one hour.
Heel, sit, sit stay, down, down stay, resit, recall, drop on recall, off leash.
Out of sight stays. Hand signals and verbal control for sit, down & recall from a distance of at
least 30' away from dog, all off leash. You will have verbal and hand signal
control used together or separately on and off leash for all commands.
EQUIPMENT Needed - Basic obedience equipment/30 foot long line/tab/flat collar.
One session, deals with various issues.
Equipment Needed- will be discussed during phone evaluation.
Must call to discuss situation, before returning contract.
In-Home Training - For an additional fee you may add In home training onto any regular class. With In-Home training, I come to your home, this is not necessary but some prefer it, and sometimes it helps dealing with certain situations. If you have any questions about in-home class, please call. Your location must be approved for in-home training, limited area covered. Please Call for In-Home pricing as it will vary per location.

Puppy - 1 week
Basic - 2 weeks
Advanced - 3 weeks
Puppy in-kennel does not include housebreaking or video.
If wanting Basic and Advanced together it will take about 5 weeks.
Basic must be done by Precision K-9 before doing advanced. If basic is done through our regular classes and not in-kennel, advanced prices and time frame may be increased.
In-kennel is offered May 1st - September 1st, as our kennels are outside no indoor/outdoor runs however each kennel has a dog house, all kennels are covered and have solid spacers between each kennel. These kennels were not built to impress, they were initially built to temporarily house our own dogs. But with the interest in our in-kennel program we started accepting dogs, and no dog has complained yet.
Dogs temperament must be assessed before training begins.
